5 Ways To Contact Sprint

In honor of Evil Week, we're switching up the Hive Five a bit. I went ahead and purchased the phones and told them I would call back about the website issue because I had a headache trying to deal with accents and being on the phone for hours. I have read in the Huffington Post that Sprint deliberately treats customers poorly.

I wanted a new phone but wanted everything else to stay the same, and was promised by Sprint multiple times that it could, should, and would. I was leaving for China in a few days and just as I do every month, I dial 3 to pay my Sprint bill. And yes I do find it offensive that those customer service people would make fun of the Handicapped like that.

This action can be considered the antithesis of what customer service should be. Sprint will (and I do stress will) lose more than the 1000 customers they turfed on their own. The store technician, however, accidentally applied Almitra's number to the man's phone, stripping Almitra's phone of its service.

T-Mobile and Sprint announced a $26 billion all-stock deal on Sunday, saying they believed they could win over skeptical regulators because the merger would create thousands of jobs and help the United States beat China in creating 5G, the next generation mobile network.

Sprint's network has also been a cause for concern. Troubles as broad as poor customer service, a poor 4G network, a small number of retail outlets and a shaky brand image are almost impossible to overcome, at least in the short term. Compared to other major providers , Sprint's plans are about as cheap as it gets.

The woman at Sprint customer service” responded by yelling Sir, we are not a travel agent”, and then hung up on me. So today I called Sprint customer service, the number printed on the back of the phone card. I was told I had to take up upon myself to call the insurance company and see if they would add my insurance and back date to the date my services was cancelled.

If staying under budget is worth slower download speeds and the potential for a few dropped calls, Sprint may well be the best cell phone provider for your family. In my previous post, I told about my worst customer service moment with Sprint, and quite a few people flamed me for actually staying with the company after that.

My complaint is not with the actual store that we purchased our phones and plans at. Sprint's low-priced unlimited data plan takes care of the former, while a clearly organized online support site and courteous staff look to address the latter. Until the line on this chart takes a real dive due to customer churn and lost contracts, Sprint's CEO will have a job no matter what the company does to its customers.

Lol, it was a breath of fresh air when T-Mobile actually called me back each time after a disconnect. Sprint reported that it lost about 337,000 customers in the third quarter. In the future, we'd like to see Sprint improve its chat response times and let customers access the same services in any Sprint store they walk into.

If granted approval, Sprint customers that become part of a new T-Mobile network should expect to see improvements where they have mediocre service right now in the short-term. Sprint still will not release my number, claiming I owe a month's payment. It wasn't a new iPhone; it was a cheaper service plan for my old one.
